Frequently Asked Questions
For cupcakes and cookies, we require at least 7 days’ notice before your collection date.
For balloon installations, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, and 2 days’ notice for smaller balloon arrangements.
Cupcakes, cookies, and smaller balloon arrangements are collection only from our Colchester studio during opening hours.
Delivery is available for balloon installations and larger event setups, with travel charged at £0.50 per mile for the round trip from our Colchester studio (CO2 9GQ).
Yes. Many of our cupcakes, balloons, and decorations can be customised to suit your theme or event.
Please include any colour preferences or design requests when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
