- All orders must be paid in full through our website at the time of ordering.
- We require at least 3 days’ notice before your collection date.
- Treats are collection only during our opening hours.
- Refunds are available depending on notice given:
- 3 days before collection – 100% refund
- 2 days before collection – 50% refund
- 1 day before collection – no refund
- Please inspect your order at collection, as responsibility transfers once items leave our premises.
- Small design variations may occur due to the nature of edible decorations.
Balloons
- All balloon orders must be paid in full via our website.
- We require 2 weeks’ notice for balloon installations and 3 days’ notice for smaller balloon collections.
- Delivery is available and charged at £0.50 per mile round trip from our Colchester studio.
- If you need to cancel your balloon installation booking, refunds are available as follows:
- 100% refund – 2 full weeks before the event date
- 50% refund – 1 full week before the event date
- 25% refund – 3 full days before the event date
- 0% refund – 2 full days before the event date
- Once preparation has begun, refunds cannot be issued.
- Balloons are temporary decorations, and their lifespan may be affected by heat, weather, and handling.
- Once balloons are installed or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Classes
- All classes must be paid in full when booking through our website.
- Bookings can be made up to 3 days before the class, subject to availability.
- Class bookings are non-refundable, but we may offer an alternative date if notified at least 2 days in advance.
- If a class is cancelled due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a refund or an alternative date.
- Some classes may include food ingredients that contain common allergens.
Gifts
- All gift orders are paid in full at checkout through our website.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days before dispatch.
- Gifts are sent using a tracked delivery service where possible.
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review the issue.
- Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
