1. How far in advance should I place my order?
For cupcakes and cookies, we require at least 7 days’ notice before your collection date.
For balloon installations, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, and 2 days’ notice for smaller balloon arrangements.
If you require something sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate depending on availability.
2. Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for balloon installations and larger event setups.
Delivery is charged at £0.50 per mile for the round trip from our Colchester studio (CO2 9GQ).
Cupcakes, cookies, and smaller balloon arrangements are collection only unless otherwise agreed.
3. Where do I collect my order?
All collection orders are collected from our Colchester studio during our opening hours.
Full collection details will be provided after your order has been confirmed.
4. Can I customise the colours or design of my order?
Yes. Many of our cupcakes, balloons, and decorations can be customised to suit your theme or event.
Please include any special requests in your order notes or contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
5. Do you accept last-minute orders?
Sometimes we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.
Please contact us directly and we will let you know if we have availability.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds depend on the notice provided:

- 4 days before collection – full refund
- 2 days before collection – 50% refund
- 1 day before collection – no refund
Balloon Installations
Refunds vary depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Class bookings are non-refundable, although we may offer an alternative date with sufficient notice.
7. How long do balloons last?
Balloons are temporary decorations and their lifespan can vary depending on temperature, sunlight, wind, and handling.
While we use high-quality materials, we cannot guarantee how long balloons will last once installed or collected.
8. Do your products contain allergens?
Some of our products may contain common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.
If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise accordingly.
9. Do you offer classes for beginners?
Yes. Our classes are designed to be welcoming and enjoyable for beginners as well as those with some experience.
All materials and guidance will be provided during the session.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged item in the post?
If a gift item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
