You can place an order through our website. We recommend booking in advance, especially for custom cupcakes, cookies and balloon Installations.

2. How much notice do you need for an order?

For cupcakes and cookies, please order at least 7 days in advance. For custom cakes and balloon setups, we require 14 days' notice to ensure the best quality and design.

3. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We charge extra for balloon & Treats delivery to most postcodes, or you can pick them up from us. Travel cost is 50p per mile for a round trip to our studio in Colchester CO2 9GQ.

4. Can you create a custom cupcake design?

Absolutely! We specialise in bespoke cupcakes, and cookie designs. Share your theme, colours, and inspiration, and we’ll bring your vision to life.

5. Do you provide balloon decorations for events?

Yes! We offer custom balloon arrangements, including balloon arches, garlands, and table decorations, perfect for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events.

6. What flavors do you offer for cupcakes?

Our popular Flavours include vanilla, chocolate & lemon. We also offer custom Flavours upon request.

7. Do you make gluten-free or vegan cakes?

Yes, we offer gluten-free and vegan options. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when placing your order.

8. How should I store my cake or cupcakes?

Please keep all cakes away from heat and direct sunlight. We would encourage you to pick up cupcakes on day of use for freshness. All left-overs are to be stored in an airtight container until next day only at room temperature to experience fresh taste.

9. Can I book a balloon and cake package?

Yes! We offer cake and balloon bundles for birthdays, baby showers, and special events. Contact us for package details and pricing.
