All our Treats are required to be paid in full directly from our website. we do not take any payments over the phone.

Cancelation Policy
In the event of changing your mind, you are eligible to request for refunds as follows:-
100% refund of your payment is offered 4 Days before Pick-up Date
50% refund of your payment is offered 2 Days before Pick-up date
0% refund of your payment is offered from 1 Day before Pick-up date
Pick-Up
All our Cupcakes & Cookies are for collection only. Please arrive to pick up your treats on time during our opening hours only unless otherwise advised. For our opening times, please check the footer below.
Our Guarantee
We promise to do everything in our power to deliver to your specification and from record we have always delivered to our customer satisfaction.
We ask that you please bear in mind that there may be a slight variation from computer mock-up due to the nature of digital and edible components. This would mean that your final product may not match pictures exactly but will be stunning regardless.
We only sell the products shown on our website, with some variations to customise them for you.
Disclaimer
We kindly request that you take a moment to thoroughly inspect all of our products and the services that we have rendered to you, and then confirm your satisfaction with them. Once you leave our premises or we depart from your premises, we want to make it clear that we take no further responsibility at that point and, unfortunately, will not be able to offer any adjustments or modifications to your order. Balloons
All our Products and services are required to be paid in full directly from our website. we do not take any payments over the phone.
We kindly require a minimum of 2 full weeks' notice prior to the scheduled date for balloon installation. In addition, for smaller balloon arrangements that are intended for pick up, we ask that you please provide at least 2 full days' notice before your planned collection time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Balloon Installation Cancelation Policy
In the event of changing your mind, you are eligible to request for refund as follows:-
100% refund of your payment is offered 2 full Weeks before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)
50% refund of your payment is offered 1 full week before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)
25% refund of your payment is offered 3 full Days before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)
0% refund of your payment is offered 2 full Days before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)
Balloon Installation & Set-up
We kindly advise that you allow for us to set up at your chosen venue for all garlands installations to ensure everything is arranged perfectly. This will help us create a beautiful, seamless display for your event.
We charge extra for balloon delivery to most postcodes, or you can pick them up from us. Travel cost is 50p per mile for a round trip to our studio in Colchester CO2 9GQ.
Please Note: in all cases for balloon orders, We Require 2 Weeks Notice Unless You Have Checked With Us First.
Small Balloon Arrangements Pick-Up
All smaller balloon arrangements are available for collection only. We kindly ask that you arrive on time during our designated opening hours, unless otherwise advised by our team or in exceptional circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.. Classes
All our Classes are required to be paid in full directly from our website. we do not take any payments over the phone.
Available classes can be conveniently booked up to two days prior to the designated class date. This allows ample time for participants to secure their spots and make the necessary arrangements to join us.
Cancelation Policy
There are no refunds offered for classes that have been booked, however, we can provide alternative dates and times at our discretion, provided that we are notified at least 2 full days before the scheduled session. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any session due to low attendance numbers; in such cases, we will make every effort to offer a full refund or to provide alternative dates and times should that be preferred by our customers.
