All our Treats are required to be paid in full directly from our website. we do not take any payments over the phone.

7 Days Notice are required before collection date.


Cancelation Policy

In the event of changing your mind, you are eligible to request for refunds as follows:-

  • 100% refund of your payment is offered 4 Days before Pick-up Date

  • 50% refund of your payment is offered 2 Days before Pick-up date

  • 0% refund of your payment is offered from 1 Day before Pick-up date

Pick-Up

All our Cupcakes & Cookies are for collection only. Please arrive to pick up your treats on time during our opening hours only unless otherwise advised. For our opening times, please see the footer below.

Our Guarantee 

We promise to do everything in our power to deliver to your specification and from record we have always delivered to our customer satisfaction.

We ask that you please bear in mind that there may be a slight variation from computer mock-up due to the nature of digital and edible components. This would mean that your final product may not match pictures exactly but will be stunning regardless.

we are not able to replicate someone else’s work and would only take inspiration from pictures presented to us.

Disclaimer

We request that you inspect all our products and services rendered to you and confirm your satisfaction. Once you leave our premises or we leave your premises we take no responsibility at that point and will not be able to offer any adjustments.

Balloons

All our Products and services are required to be paid in full directly from our website. we do not take any payments over the phone.

We Require 2 Full Weeks before Balloon installation date.


Cancelation Policy

In the event of changing your mind, you are eligible to request for refund as follows:-

  • 100% refund of your payment is offered 2 full Weeks before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)

  • 50% refund of your payment is offered 1 full week before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)

  • 25% refund of your payment is offered 3 full Days before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)

  • 0% refund of your payment is offered 2 full Days before the agreed installation date (Date of your event)

Balloon Set-up

We advise that you allow for us to set up your small to Large size garlands

We Take An Additional Cash Charge To Cover Delivery of Balloons, Which Is Available To Most Postcodes, Or You Can Collect From Us. Travel Cost is @50p Per Mile Based On A Return Journey To Our Studio in Colchester CO2 9GQ.

Please Note: in all cases for balloon orders, We Require 2 Weeks Notice Unless You Have Checked With Us First.

All our Petite size Balloon Set-Up are for collection only. Please arrive on time during our opening hours only unless otherwise advised.

Classes

All our Classes are required to be paid in full directly from our website. we do not take any payments over the phone.

Available Classes can be booked up to 2 Days before Class Date


Cancelation Policy

There are no refunds offered for classes booked, we can offer alternative date and time at our Discretion provided we are notified 2 full days before session.

We reserve the right to cancel session due to low attendance, we will look to offer full refund or provide alternative date & time should this be preferred.
