Storage Guidance: Please keep all cakes away from heat and direct sunlight. We would encourage you to pick up cake on day of use for freshness. All left-overs are to be stored in an airtight container for 3 Days in the fridge. For best taste, bring out of fridge to come to room temperature for up to 3 hours.
Cutting Guidance: Due to the nature of Ganache, it tends to stick to the cutting knife, for a clean finish, use a sharp knife cleaned in hot water and wiped after each slice
